Terms & Conditions of Delivery

IMPORTANT: By proceeding through the online checkout, you are accepting the following Terms & Conditions of Delivery;

1. Refunds on orders that contain free shipping.

We are happy to offer Free Local Shipping to customers who order and keep goods to a value that exceeds the Free Ship threshold.
If a customer returns goods, bringing their transaction value below the Freeship threshold, that order will not qualify for free shipping.
Per these Terms & Conditions of Return / Terms & Conditions of Free Shipping: If a customer returns items bringing their total to below the Freeship Threshold, a delivery charge will be applied, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

2. Entering your shipping information in the checkout.

1.2 Your Shipping Label - SAVANNA, does not edit or review this information between Checkout and Dispatch. You must enter the correct delivery information into the checkout. We operate a fully integrated system whereby the precise delivery information entered into the checkout appears on your Order Confirmation.

2.2 Suppose a package is lost or delivered to the incorrect property due to a mistake on the shipping label. In that case, the entire responsibility remains with the individual who entered the information into the checkout. Therefore, we cannot accept any responsibility for any error or omission in the Delivery Information that appears on the Shipping Label.

Please note: We cannot change your delivery address once an order has been placed, so all information must be entered correctly in the checkout.

3. Resolving Delays and other issues with the Couriers.

1.3 Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us, and we will do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order on time. However, when delays or issues occur with the delivery of your order, the Courier will require theAddressee (the person to whom the goods are addressed) to liaise with them to resolve this issue - we cannot do this on your behalf.

This is because the Courier will most likely require specific information that only the Addressee will know, .

For example;

1. What time will someone be at home to sign for the package?
2. Where is a safe place to leave the parcel?
3. How do they find your property if it has no house number?

2.3 By proceeding through the checkout, you confirm that you understand this and all the other Terms & Conditions of Delivery.

4. Deliveries to multiple occupancies, business addresses and other non-secure locations.

1.4 We recommend that you ship your SAVANNA order to your home address, where a limited number of people can receive your package. We do not recommend shipping to addresses of multiple occupancies, business addresses and non-secure locations (hereafter referred to generally as Non-Secure Locations) as problems often arise where packages are delivered. Still, the addressee needs help locating the package because someone else has received it. Should you choose to provide a Non-Secure Location, we will consider the box delivered if that is the package's status with the delivery company.

2.4 We cannot be held responsible for what happens to your package after it is delivered to a Non-Secure Location. Should you choose to have your parcel delivered to premises of a Non-Secure Location, we will not be responsible for locating the package once it has been delivered, nor will we be liable for liaising with courier / postal services to find the box. In choosing to ship to a Non-Secure Location, you take full responsibility for the package once it has been classed as delivered by our couriers. In proceeding through the checkout, you accept this and all other Terms & Conditions of Delivery.

5. Order handling times.

Delivery times do not include the handling time for us to process your order. Although we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 4:30 pm on the same day, we cannot guarantee to do so. Handling Times may apply and can occasionally be 2-4 Working days and increase beyond that at peak times such as Sale times, Public Holiday periods, Black/White Fridays, or Seasons. This should be considered if you require the item(s) for a specific date and place your order at a peak time. For example, if you select a three-working-day delivery option, it is not guaranteed that your item will arrive in three days. Your order takes 2-4 Working Days to process; then it is dispatched, and from that point to your doorstep will take an additional three days.

6. Free shipping definition.

Free Shipping refers exclusively to qualifying orders shipped from SAVANNA to the Customer. Free Shipping does not refer to orders being sent by the Customer back to us (referred to as "Returns"). We only offer Free Returns on any orders, regardless of the cost, if we have shipped you a defective item or one different from what is described.

Terms & Conditions of Returns

1. We will accept returns & refunds for the items purchased online in our online store or by our shipping courier; you have to prepare the package and the original purchase receipt / Invoice and give them to the courier representative for any online order return after we approve your returns or refunds from accepting them from our portal.Click here for more information.

2. You may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your original order with the same condition and original packaging.

3. Our return policy does not apply to items bought on sale or promoted or used with rewards points or promo codes/coupons; accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Items damaged due to wear and/or un-careful or cleanliness guide trying are not considered faulty.

5. The Refund may take 5 to 6 business days from the date we receive the returned item/s, excluding Weekends and holidays.

6. The customer will beard returned, and Exchange charges per request of at least 1.500 KD for each local order for international will be charged based on your geographical area.

7. International shipping, we accept the return and exchange if we receive the same packing and the item in the original case.

8. We don't get Promo or Sale items to return or exchange in international shipping.

9. The customer will be barring the return or exchange item rates based on the global shipping rate in international shipping.
