We will accept returns & refunds for the items purchased online in our Online Store or by our shipping courier; all you have to do is prepare the package and the original purchase receipt / Invoice, and give them to the courier representative for any online order return.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You may return eligible items for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items that are damaged due to wear and/or un-careful trying are not considered faulty and not considered returnable items.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as accessories, shoes, or bags), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or promotions such as special or local ones and gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item if you like.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Usually, the refund may take 6 to 10 business days from the date we receive the returned item/s with excluding Weekends and Holiday days.

The customer will beard returned and exchange charges per each request at least 1 KD for each.
International shipping, we accept the return and exchange if we received the same packing and the item in the original case.
We don't get promo or sale items or even used by gift cards to return or exchange in international shipping.
The customer will be barring the international shipping rate's return or exchange item rates based on the international shipping rate.
