Orders are usually processed and shipped locally within 3~5 working days of purchase after we get clear payment.
Preparation locally times vary from different fulfilment centres based on your location; the average shipping time is about 1 to 3 working days. And you can track your order through our customer service (calling / WhatsApp) us at +965-90041954, or you can chat with us live.
We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that, the order has most likely been processed and prepared for shipment or has been shipped. Economy Express (7 to 10 Days), Priority express (3 to 5 Days).
We will accept Return & Refund for the items purchased online in our store or by our shipping courier; all you have to do is prepare the package and the original purchase receipt / Invoice, and give them to the courier a representative for any online order return / Or in visiting our branch. You may return eligible items for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order. Our return policy does not apply to items bought on sale or promotion. Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are damaged due to wear and/or un-careful trying are not considered faulty. The Refund may take 5 to 6 business days from the date we receive the returned item/s with excluding Weekends and Holiday days. The customer will beard return and Exchange charges per each request at least from 1 to 1.5 KD for each. International shipping, we accept the return and exchange if we received the same packing and the item in the original case. We don't get Promo or Sale items to return or exchange in international shipping. The customer will be barring the return or exchange item rates in international shipping based on the international shipping rate.
We usually don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark "Urgent" in your email; we will get back to you ASAP.
